1. Eimperio Launch Plan

The “Eimperio Launch Plan” allows users to create and operate a professional website at no upfront cost. Users who sell products through an Eimperio-powered website will be charged a 10% service fee on each completed sale. No other fees are charged upfront.

2. Platform vs. Seller Responsibilities

By using Eimperio to create and operate a website, you acknowledge that you are the sole seller/merchant of record for any goods or services you sell. Eimperio provides the platform and payment processing services, but does not assume responsibility for any legal, financial, or tax obligations arising from your transactions.

3. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales, use, or other taxes on products or services sold through your Eimperio-powered website. Eimperio does not calculate, collect, or remit any taxes on your behalf. You acknowledge that you understand your tax obligations and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

Eimperio is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or compliance of any taxes collected or remitted by sellers.

4. Liability

Eimperio is not liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from your use of the platform, including transactions, refunds, or disputes with your customers. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eimperio from any claims related to your sales, taxes, or website operations.

5. Changes to Terms

Eimperio may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated at our discretion, and the most current version of the Terms is always available on this website.

6. Governing Law
